March Intramurals!

Drop-in Intramural’s will be running every Monday from 12:15-1:00PM in the Ralph King Gymnasium!  We will be playing a different sport each week, all you need to do is show up (no team required!)  The cost?  Free!!


March 13 – Drop-in Volleyball
March 20 – Drop-in Badminton
March 27 – Drop-in Basketball

Fitness Friday’s

We are located in the Ralph King Gymnasium and the sessions will run from 12:00-12:45PM.

Come and join us for 30 minutes of exercise!

March 10 – Total Body Strength
March 17 – Lower Body Strength
March 24 –  Core Strength
