February Intramurals!

Drop-in Intramural's will be running every Monday from 12:00-1:00PM in the Ralph King Gymnasium!  We will be playing a different sport each week, all you need to do is show up (no team required!)  The cost?  Free!!  


February 6 – Drop-in Volleyball
February 13 – Drop-in Indoor Soccer
February 27 – Drop-in Badminton

Fitness Friday's

We are located in the Ralph King Gymnasium and the sessions will run from 12:00-12:30PM.

Come and join us for 30 minutes of exercise!

February 3 – Total Body Strength
February 10 – Lower Body Strength
February 17 –  Core Strength
